Justice for Agency Workers ‘Euro-trashed’ Campaign

Early Day Motion

Following a presentation given by the CWU to supported MPs on our campaign Jon Cruddas, MP, has put forward an Early Day Motion (EDM) on Agency Workers and so far 74 MPs have signed it.

Although there is only one week before the House of Commons steps down before the Christmas recess, we are encouraging people to write to their MPs, of any political persuasion, to ask them to support the EDM in the early New Year. It will be the intention of CWU Head Office to arrange a lobby of MPs at the House of Commons early in the New Year in order that branches and in particular agency members can lobby their respective MP.
