CWU and BT launch "Working with Dyslexia" Fact Sheet

The CWU and BT have jointly produced a fact sheet on Working with Dyslexia, that BT will be launching online and will also be a feature in the May 2007 edition of BT Today. The CWU will also be featuring the initiative in the next edition of Voice.
The leaflet is intended to raise the profile of dyslexia both with our members and managers. It is also something that branch officers could consider when looking at difficulties some of our members may be experiencing on performance.
The fact sheet is partly borne out of the remission of Motion 66 at the 2005 Telecoms Industry Conference where the Union committed to seek a joint approach with BT and raise the profile of the issue.
