Milton Keynes Learning Centre - Genesis

"Genesis", our branch learning centre at Milton Keynes, was established at Elder House in March 2002 and moved to Phoenix House in 2004. Since then many people have taken courses on Computer Literacy and Information Technology (CLAIT) and the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).

CLAIT and ECDL Computer courses cover all aspects of computing and take you from the very basic computer skills to a fairly high level.

All courses are free, paid for through the Government Learning Fund, via the CWU. The courses are run by Milton Keynes College, in partnership with BT with shared time off (negotiable). Courses are open to all BT people and not confined to just Union members.

A learning centre is planned at Bedford ATE, Harper Street, Bedford.
