New Dismissal, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures, and New Employment Tribunal Procedures

From October 1st 2004, important changes in the law came about.

Now all employers are required to follow minimum procedures when dismissing or disciplining their employees. Complaints by employees about action taken by an employer must also be heard under a proper grievance procedure.
