Constituency Labour Parties

General Election 2005

As in previous elections the CWU and the branch (alongside the other affiliated unions) complemented and delivered the General Election strategy as outlined by the Labour Party at national, regional and local level. The branch (as laid down in national rules) used its' political fund to assist the Constituency Labour Parties in their specific campaigns.
