CWU Road Assist

Communication Workers Union Non-fault Road Traffic Claims Assistance Scheme to all members.

CWU Road Assist

As a CWU member, you already have access to legal representation for personal injury claims in and out of work through the hugely successful Legal Services Scheme. Your family and dependants are also eligible for this scheme as part of your membership.

Unlike many other organisations that advertise widely, the Legal Services Scheme is completely free, win or loose - for example you do not have to buy a Legal Expense Policy to cover yourself against the risk of losing your case. The CWU in conjunction with its legal panel and accident management alliance partners cover all these costs in the event of a non-fault accident.

With the benefit of this scheme you may be eligible to take advantage of the following services:

If you have an accident

Use the freephone number below. This will connect you directly to a friendly and professional claims advisor who will advise you of the benefits available to you through this scheme, and guide you through the whole process. If necessary, they will make arrangements with Auto Indemnity, Accident Management Specialists, in respect of any requirements for repairs or hire vehicle and we shall ensure your claim is dealt with quickly by a solicitor on the CWU Legal Panel.
