O2's Final Pay Offer

The CWU is recommending acceptance of O2's final pay offer, after another very tough set of negotiations.

The offer includes a commitment to pay progression for technical specialist members and pay increases for all job families. A ballot of all O2 members will take place in a couple of weeks time.

O2 Pay 2007

The TFSE met on 10 January 2006 and following consultation with the O2 Advisory Committee agreed to submit a claim to O2 for an increase of 6% on pay and allowances.

The 2005 pay deal agreed some elements of the pay deal for 2007, and therefore the claim is for a consolidated increase where no consolidated increase has already been agreed, and an unconsolidated increase (lump sum) where a consolidated increase already exists.

The first meeting on Pay will be held on 11th January and members will be updated on developments following that meeting.
